Rising Irish post-punk band Fontaines DC have released the official video for new single "Here's The Thing", directed by filmmaker Luna Karmun.
It is the latest song from the band's forthcoming album "Romance", which is scheduled for release on August 23.
On the day of the release, Fontaines will be in the middle of performing at European festivals, while major European and North American tours are planned before the end of the year.
Fontaines DC released their debut album "Dogrel" in 2019 to critical acclaim, many of whom ranked it among the releases of the year, and it was nominated for the Mercury and Choice Awards.
The second album "A Hero's Death" was released in 2020 and was nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Rock Album. The third release "Skinty Fia", released in 2022, became the first to hit the charts in Ireland and Britain and earned the group a Brit Award.
