The popular nu metal group Linkin Park released a new single announcing their big comeback - an upcoming tour, a new album and a new singer, Emily Armstrong.
The single is called "The Emptiness Machine", and the new album is called "From Zero".
"Before Linkin Park, our first band was called Xero. This album title refers to both these humble beginnings and the journey we're currently on. Sonically and emotionally, it's about past, present and future - embracing our signature sound, but new and full of life. It's made with deep respect for our new and long-time bandmates, our friends, our family and our fans. We're proud of what Linkin Park has become over the years and excited for the journey ahead." Mike Shinoda's group.
Emily Armstrong, known to the audience from the group Dead Sara, will have a difficult task to replace the late Chester Bennington on vocals. There was also a change in the position of drummer, where Rob Burdon was replaced by Colin Briten.
Shinoda told Billboard that the band will have a big tour next year, and the new album will be released on November 15 and will contain 11 songs.
