Another lawsuit against Sean Combs: Woman claims she got pregnant after he sexually assaulted her

Another woman has accused Sean Combs, the musician better known as Diddy, of molesting her. The unnamed woman claims that Combs repeatedly drugged and sexually assaulted her, which on one occasion led to her pregnancy and subsequent miscarriage, reports Pitchfork.

The lawsuit is the latest in a series of legal actions and criminal charges filed against the hip hop mogul over the past year. Diddy is currently in jail on federal charges.

Documents filed today in New York Supreme Court and seen by Pitchfork allege that Diddy coerced, harassed, drugged and assaulted the woman who sued him on multiple occasions over four years.

She says she met the rapper abroad in the fall of 2020, after he offered to cover her travel expenses. Combs continued to arrange trips for her during subsequent meetings, sending drivers before she would even agree to it. The woman claims that his employees were violent and used harassing language to force her to agree.

The lawsuit states that in April 2022, the rapper forced the victim to have sexual intercourse without her consent in his home. That same year, the woman says she woke up one morning with bruises and bites on her feet, not knowing how they appeared. The lawsuit describes several situations in which she was forced to take an unknown substance, one of which was ketamine, which caused her to lose consciousness. Not long after, she got a positive result on a pregnancy test, and allegedly the rapper's associate called her several times to convince her to have an abortion. The injured party ended up having a miscarriage.

She claims she did not contact Combs or his team for about three months after the alleged miscarriage, but resumed communication in late 2022, after which the rapper again began forcing her to travel with and to him and harassing her through calls, texts and third parties while she wouldn't agree.

"At each meeting, Combs would force her to 'put on a show' for him and give her alcohol and drugs until she passed out. She would wake up with bruises and injuries but no memory of how she got them," the report states. to the lawsuit and adds that it lasted until July 2024. The woman also claims that the rapper's agents, at his request, filmed sexual encounters with her without her consent.
