Croatian singer-songwriter Boris Štok hosted the former leader of the group Lollobrigida, Ida Prester, on the new single "The End That Begins Everything".
Porin's award-winning musician previously collaborated on his songs with famous names such as Tereza Kesovija, Josipa Lisac, Matija Dedić and Jadranka Ivaniš from the group Jinx. In his statement regarding the new single, Prester said that Štok bought her with that song.
"I really liked her, especially that 80's vibe with the synth parts and the saxophone. I think we got along really well, both vocally and in terms of style," said the singer.
Štok said that he and Ida share a love for the sound and aesthetics of the eighties, which is embodied in this collaboration.
""I had the melody and lyrics in my head and as soon as we found the sound of the keyboards and the groove, it was immediately clear in which direction everything would go (in terms of production). The video was made by Kristina Barišić, although we have known each other for a long time, this was our first collaboration and I think everything turned out great.
