Legendary guitarist Steve Vai wished his followers a Happy Easter on Facebook and shared his experience celebrating the holiday in Serbia.
He illustrated the post with a photo montage of himself and singer Tina Turner on a deserted island in Canada where, as he joked, he took her for Easter.
"A strange phenomenon occurred in Serbia about fifteen years ago - the discovery that the words 'Vai' and 'Tina' together mean 'Vaistina vaskres', which is the traditional response to Easter greetings in that part of the world. The photo I posted shows the word 'Vaistina' in Serbian, and when that word is separated, it becomes 'Vai' and 'Tina', which many have used during the holiday for years to jokingly wish 'Happy Easter'. In reality, this photo was taken when I... took Tina Turner to a remote island in Canada... well, maybe not exactly," the guitarist wrote.
