Ten years after the album Golden Age by the group "Deep Thoughts", music producer Nikola Božović launched a new author's project under the pseudonym Twisted Flowz.
The first single "Wayz of the Underground", featuring guest vocalist Marija Božović, is accompanied by a music video, and was released on April 19th on the YouTube platform.
"Throughout the song itself, which is in a trip hop style, there are sounds that best suit electronics from the '90s. The video is directed by Dmitar Janjušević, in collaboration with Danilo Vujačić (camera, image processing), Olivia Jimenez (editing) and Marija Marković (main role). The video was filmed in Podgorica," the statement reads, noting that the production of the video was supported by DOK Produkcija and Protos film doo
Nikola Božović, a Montenegrin producer and DJ, a graduate visual artist, known for the project "Deep Thoughts", as well as his collaboration with the Underhill Festival, has collaborated with Marija Božović on a large number of texts, some of which were broadcast on MTV Adria, as well as on a project called "Tradition Colored with Jazz", and for "Vijesti" he talks about the new song and video, further plans when it comes to his independent project, but also the long-term break during which he worked with other musicians.

"After the band 'Deep Thoughts' broke up, I lost the desire to work on my music, and alongside music I dedicated myself to martial arts and fitness. In the meantime, I worked mostly on Marija's songs and recently felt the need to do something of my own," explains Twisted Flowz.
Božović also reveals how the song "Wayz of the Underground" was created in collaboration with Marija.
"The idea was always to express thoughts and feelings through sound so that the song came out spontaneously without any particular intention," says the musician.
"While I was working on the song, I heard Marija's voice in my head, I played her a demo version, she liked the idea and agreed to be a guest on the song," he adds, and then explains who the members of the team that was in charge of filming his first song under a new pseudonym are.
"The video was directed by Dmitar Janjušević, who lives and studies directing in Prague. The camera and image processing were done by Danilo Vujačić, who is also part of 'DOK production', which, along with 'Protos film', supported the shooting and production of the video. The editing was done by Olivia Jimenez, and the actress is Marija Markovic," he listed his collaborators.
The musician also reveals how pleased he is with the audience's reactions and comments, considering that the song "Wayz of the Underground" was released at the end of last week.
"Yes, I am really pleased with the reactions and comments from the audience. I received a lot of positive feedback, which motivates me to continue working. The audience showed great interest, and that makes me happy," says Božović.
And when asked if the audience can expect more new material in the near future, Twisted Flowz answers in the affirmative.
"You can definitely expect more songs in the coming period, I have more ideas that I want to share with the audience, although I may not be planning a full album yet," the musician hints, revealing that he will continue to work with other artists.
"In parallel, I'm working on some very exciting collaborations with musicians. I believe collaborations bring a new creative wave and the opportunity to experiment with different styles and sounds," he concludes.
Božović is also planning to adapt the songs he has yet to release into a film, and as he points out, a good team should not be changed.
"As for the videos, the same team that worked on previous projects continues to work on the new ones," said the musician.
