Thrash metal pioneers, American band Metallica, have announced the reissue of their album "Load", along with a remastered version of the single "Until It Sleeps".

A new version of the album, which has gone five times platinum, is scheduled for release on June 13, 2025, under their own label, Blackened Recordings.

The remastering was done by Ruben Koen, supervised by Greg Fidelman.

This version, in addition to the aforementioned remastered version of the single, includes the "Herman Melville Mix", a live version recorded in 1996 live at "Slim's" club in San Francisco.

The reissue of the metal music giant's sixth album will be available as a 180-gram double vinyl edition (2xLP), as well as on CD, cassette and in digital format.
