Last night was the second semi-final night for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Basel, Switzerland, and out of 16 competitors, the last 10 finalists were chosen, but Montenegro was not among them.
The ten competitors from the second semi-final who advanced to the festival finals are representatives of Lithuania, Israel, Armenia, Denmark, Austria, Luxembourg, Finland, Latvia, Malta and Greece.
Representatives from Australia, Montenegro, Ireland, Georgia, the Czech Republic and Serbia were eliminated.
Montenegro's representative, Nina Žižić, performed with the song "Dobrodošli".
The remaining 26 contestants who will participate in the final on Saturday, May 17, and were selected in the first final on Tuesday, are representatives from Norway, Albania, Sweden, Iceland, the Netherlands, Poland, San Marino, Estonia, Portugal and Ukraine.
Switzerland as the host and the so-called "Big Five" (Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Great Britain) automatically advance to the final and are not in competition in the semi-final nights, but they performed.
