The bands “Parampaščad” and “Bubnjivi & psi”, which are made up of the same musicians - Ivan Ivanovic (vocal/guitar), Stefan Pantović (vocal/guitar), Mihailo Šaranović (bass guitar) and Marko Milonjic (drums) released one video each last week.

While for “Bubnjivi & psi” they filmed the song “Da Li živim sve”, for “Parampaščad” they chose “Život moj” from the album “Na putu ka suncu” released four years ago, and for the needs of a documentary show recorded for the Public Service Broadcasting Service.

Pantović told "Vijesti" why they chose that particular song for the film, how satisfied they are with the end result, and how much time they have left for working in the studio after the gigs they often have outside Montenegro.

He also hints at an active summer season when it comes to performances, and impressions from the gigs already held are more than good.

"We are satisfied, the atmosphere within the band is great, we sound the most serious we have ever been, the new audience at concerts reacts great. In general, when we make songs, we make them by imagining how they sound live, so we can say that 'Paščad' are a live band," he believes.

"We have a very active and interesting summer season ahead of us in the country and the region," Pantović continues, revealing whether gigs take up a lot of time, but also energy for working in the studio.

"There is energy to spare, because we have our own studio, so creating original music is not a problem and does not take up energy, because it is mostly done when that energy charge is directed towards creativity," concludes the musician, so the next question is - can the audience of "Parampaščadi" expect new songs in the coming period, logically.

"Of course, we have an album ready... we're a little lazy, I'm currently thinking about which single to choose for the next one to come out," he hints.

Pantović also looks back at the recently released video for the song "Život moj", which has been available for viewing and listening since Friday (May 23) on the official YouTube channel of this Montenegrin alt rock band.

"Through the 'Alternative Pulse' project implemented by RTCG, we received a mini story about the band 'Parampaščad' and a video. We are pleased and grateful for the participation in this show, we hope that more bands will get space in the next episodes, definitely a project that should come to life," he pointed out, adding that they are satisfied with the final result.

"I'm very pleased, but the audience is the most important thing here, so we hope they will be satisfied," the musician replies, who also revealed why they chose that song for the film adaptation.

"We definitely wanted to revive some of the songs from the first album. The first choice was the song 'Zalet', but there were small changes in the production, so the choice fell on the song 'Život moj', because it somehow best suited the environment in which we were recording, which was the Martinići donkey farm," Pantović said.
