One of the longest-running festivals in Montenegro, the Petrovac Jazz Festival, will be held from September 5 to 7 in Petrovac. The terrace of the Palas Lux hotel will be a gathering place for jazz lovers, and over the course of three days they will have the opportunity to hear musicians from as many as eight countries - Poland, Japan, Spain, Indonesia, Croatia, Italy, Macedonia and Greece.
The nineteenth edition will be opened by the band Gypsone, while two concerts are scheduled for the second evening - Barely Quartet, followed by Ana Kalmat.
The last evening of the festival will bring the most diverse program and four concerts, with Nobuki Takamen performing first, followed by Lorenzo Cominolio. Ermano Panta will also perform on the same evening, and Isaak Robles will close the festival.
In addition to the main program, the festival also brings rich accompanying content: thematic film screenings, creative workshops, an art exhibition and a summer jazz school led by Sašo Popovski, professor at the Jazz Academy “Goce Delčev” in Skopje. MV
