Montenegrin rappers who conquered the region Dedduh and Noyz from the group Who See thanks to the new single "U moje naselje", which will be released on Monday, June 5th, will probably dominate the ex-YU charts for months.
The music for this track was done by Verandabeats, the lyrics by Who See, while the video was done by Noyz.
"This single is another announcement for the new album, and before it we had "Sobe, zimmer, rooms". The premiere awaits the audience on Monday at 20:XNUMX p.m. on the MTV Adria channel, and let me mention that the video was shot in Kotor," Dedduh revealed to Vijesti.
He did not want to reveal what is happening "in their neighborhood", but will keep the audience in suspense until the premiere itself.
"I will just say that this is a local story in which many settlements will be found," he announced.
Although he says this is another album announcement, when asked when it will be released, Deduuh, with a laugh, said Noyz's catchphrase:
"Leave me, don't touch me, and don't ask me about the album".
He added that when it comes to new songs, nothing will be forced, and the complete material they recorded is currently being mixed.
"We have 14 songs ready, although we don't know yet if we will leave one out of the album. We are not sure about her alone, the others will surely be found on it", reveals Dedduh.
The fact that each new single pushes the boundaries of success does not burden this duo.
"While we were thinking in that direction, whether the new single would do better than the previous one, we just stumbled. When we realized that these burdens were holding us back, we decided to work as best we know how, honestly, so that we no longer have the burden of whether our new single will conquer the charts and how many Sundays it will be the most listened to. I think that the audience also recognizes our relaxation, and that's why they reward us", he is sure.
They toured the region, but they have vague memories of Podgorica
Last year, the duo performed all over the region and there was almost no festival whose list of performers did not include Who See.
"I think we owe a lot to our booking team, because I wouldn't attribute all the glory to us, even though we are aware of the fact that we are interesting to audiences all over the former Yugoslavia. The only thing that remains strange to me is the fact that we haven't played in Podgorica for three years, and we know that the audience loves us there too. Since there is no Asfaltiranje festival, which was organized by our friend MC Marko, no one calls us. I would have so many anecdotes to tell from performances all over the region, and I have vague memories of Podgorica," said Dedduh honestly.
Popular rappers are expected to hold a series of festival performances this summer and, among other things, once again host the Budva Sea Dance.
