This year's Eurovision Song Contest, which will be held in Vienna in May, will not end after the final night and the announcement of the winner, as a tour of the finalists will be organized to mark the 70th anniversary, it was announced on the eurovision.com website.
The performers who qualify will have concerts during June and July in Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Italy, Sweden and France, under the name "Eurovision Song Contest Live Tour", and the announcement came directly from the European Broadcasting Union (EBU).
But it won't be just this year's finalists who will be performing, as the tour is designed as a concert tour of Eurovision history. The stage is expected to feature famous names from different eras of the competition, along with ten performers from the Eurovision 2026 final. Their names, according to the EBU, will be confirmed after the competition, while the lineups for each city will be announced in the coming period, with the possibility of special guests that will vary from concert to concert.
The organization announces that the repertoire will not only include competitive songs, so the audience can expect recognizable Eurovision songs, but also interpretations of cult hits from previous decades, which positions the tour as a celebration of Europe's shared musical memory.
The first concert is scheduled for June 15 in London, followed by Hamburg, June 17, Milan, June 19 and Zurich, June 20. By the end of the month, performances will also be held in Antwerp, June 22, Cologne, June 23, Copenhagen, June 25 and Amsterdam, June 27. Paris will host the Eurovision performers on June 29, while the final concert is planned for July 2 in Stockholm.
The EBU announced that pre-sale for fans will provide earlier access to tickets, with registration on the official Eurovision website.
The semi-finals of the Eurovision Song Contest are scheduled for the 12th and 14th, and the final will be held on May 16th, in the “Wiener Stadthalle”. A few days ago, the draw decided that the representative of Montenegro, Tamara Živković, with the song “Nova zora” will perform in the second part of the first semi-final night, on June 12th. Živković could count on the votes of the audience from the ex-Yu countries, considering that Serbia and Croatia will also compete on the same night, along with Georgia, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Moldova, Greece, Estonia, San Marino, Poland, Belgium, Lithuania and Israel.
After the announcement of all the songs competing at the Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna, the production will determine the exact order of performances due to the dynamics of the event.
