Queen's return to the stage is still possible, but according to drummer Roger Taylor, the decision on new performances will depend mostly on guitarist Brian May.

The rock legends last performed with Adam Lambert on "The Rhapsody Tour," which ended in 2024. Taylor says she still enjoys performing live, but that the potential continuation of the collaboration will depend on how May feels and whether he's ready for a new big endeavor.

"It's a big undertaking that requires a lot of preparation, if you know what I mean. But honestly, I think it's more up to Brian (May) than it is up to me. I love playing live. I enjoy it, I always have. It's about how he feels. If we both want to do it, I'd be happy to do it. But we'll see. Never say never," Taylor said.

He added that collaborating with Adam Lambert over the past years has been a special experience.

"We've been working with Adam Lambert for a long time, who has an incredible voice," said the drummer.

Lambert recently spoke about the possibility of a new tour with Queen, noting that he currently has no concrete plans, but that he would be happy to respond if the band invited him again.

"There's nothing agreed with Queen. We've never talked about it being over, but there are no plans right now. It's up to them to decide. They're the boss, I'm the guest. If they call me and say, 'Hey, we want to tour again,' I'd say, 'Sure, I'd love to,'" Lambert said.
