Eleven-year-old Sara Asanović won the hearts of the audience after she performed Miladin Šobić's song "Sweater for Vineyard" in the show "Pink Stars".

As her father Nasko Asanović explained in an interview with "Vijesti", Sara is a member of the "Zvjezdice" children's choir, and was also a participant in children's festivals.
"She was born on Valentine's Day, i.e. February 14, 2006, so she recently turned 11 years old and is a student in the fifth grade of the Marko Miljanov Elementary School and second grader of the Vasa Pavić Lower Music School, Harp instrument," he said.
"Considering that he has been a member of the 'Zvjezdice' choir for two years, he has a lot of performances behind him. Among others, I would single out the competition at the 'Magic' festival where she qualified for the final competition, which was held in December 2015 at the Sava Center," Asanović recalled.
"Sara has two sisters, an older and a younger one, and she has always been cheerful and very friendly. She is very persistent in her goals and at the same time ambitious, even headstrong," adds her father with a smile.
The young singer, who delighted with her singing, also spoke to "Vijesti", and first explained how she decided to apply for the said competition.
"I followed the first two seasons and always dreamed that one day I would appear on that stage. Considering that I really like the songs of our best singer-songwriter, Mr. Miladin Šobić, I couldn't wait to present myself at the first performance with his song 'Jegger for the Vineyard', which is one of my favorites," she said, adding that she was satisfied with the audience's reaction. .
"I am very proud of that performance. I had a little nervousness before that, but it all disappeared when I started singing," admitted Sara, who says that before every performance she consults with her father and choir conductor Ana Klepić.
"I immediately love every song I sing, so I don't have any doubts about my dad's and Ana's choice," claims the woman from Podgorica, who, among others, sang the tracks "Ne idi od mene" by Mirjana Beširević and "Samo simpatija" by Meri Cetinić.
"As for the preparations for the performance, my mom and sister are in charge of that, they always suggest what I should wear and how I should behave on stage," she said, and then revealed whose comments from the jury she liked the most. stopped.
"Comments from each member of the jury mean a lot to me, after all, they are experts in giving their opinions, and it's up to me to accept their suggestions, if any, in order to further progress in singing," said Sara, who also answered the question of what they were. her expectations from the competition.
"I hope that through this competition I will progress in singing, get a better feel for the stage and that people will recognize me. My further plans are to continue with the music school, choir and performances at children's festivals", says Asanović, who for now manages to balance all her obligations with her studies.
"It is quite difficult, but I am lucky that the teachers understand me and understand my obligations," she said.

As her father Nasko points out, the eleven-year-old girl from Podgorica also has her own YouTube channel, Sara TV, to which she devotes a lot of her free time.

He listens to various styles of music, but I would emphasize that he simply enjoys both listening and singing Italian songs. Even as a baby, she showed an interest in music and whenever she played with dolls, she would improvise some original melody that she would hum all day, so it was not difficult to discover her musicality", revealed Asanović, adding that she inherited the talent from her grandfather "who she loves a lot and to whom she is very grateful for that".
