The Croatian band Headoneast, after the successful single "Autumn" which they released at the end of last year, presented another song before Valentine's Day.
It is the track "Beloved" in the video of which the shared life of two people is presented as "child's play", and when asked whether marriage is really child's play and whether we take it more seriously as children or when we grow up, Aleksandar Ljiljak, the frontman of Headoneast, says:
"It seems to me that women think more and more often about relationships, marriage, relationships between people in general than us men. From a young age, they possess this natural talent for nuances and finesse, for beautifying reality and wonder, like poets," says Ljiljak with a laugh and adds :
"It was logical that the video for "Beloved" should be made by a woman, all the more so since Headoneast had already collaborated with Marijana Četković on the music video for the song "Drukčije" to mutual satisfaction, and this time she had a completely free hand to conceptualize and realize as a director my view of the song. I saw the video on the same day as our audience. Marijana is the right person to answer this question, who takes marriage more seriously".
This love song carries a clear message, so it's no coincidence that it was released before Valentine's Day.
"February is the month of people and cats in love (laughs), the month of masquerade and the first awakening of spring. It is logical that the song is coming out right now," explains the interlocutor of Vijesti.
This is another single that announces the album "Tu", and about what other songs he will bring, Ljiljak said:
"As this is the album on which all the singles that we have played since the reactivation in 2013 will be published, it is easy to conclude that the songs that will be on it are just like our thoughts and emotions, sometimes accelerated and agitated, and sometimes slowed down and dark".
