American musician Jelly Roll He spoke openly about how the weight loss process affected his family life.
He revealed to the media that losing about 136 kg helped him become a better father.
"I've become closer to God. I've become closer to myself. I'm a better father. I'm more present in my children's lives. I'm currently coaching my son's basketball team," he boasted, adding that he feels much better because of the weight loss.
"I feel like I can be a lot more physically active. Man, when you're 250 kilos, you wonder if there's a place big enough for you. You definitely don't think about coaching a team. You wonder if there's a bench you can sit on. Since I lost that much weight, I'm a completely different person," he stressed.
The proud father began his parenting journey in May 2008 with the birth of his daughter Beg OneEight years later, the family expanded with the birth of son Noah Badi in August 2016.
The “Need a Favour” hitmaker hopes to expand his family in the future.
