She goes to competitions to leave her mark.

Milena Ivanović, who already has a large number of titles won, among which the latest is the title of Miss Glamour Universe 2025 from the competition in Turkey, will represent Montenegro at another competition - Miss World New Generation, which will be held in Novi Sad from August 20 to 29.

Ivanovic has represented Montenegro twice at the Miss Glamour Universe pageant, was selected as the Top Model of Montenegro 2019, was the second runner-up at the Miss Earth Montenegro 2022 pageant, and was also among the 10 most beautiful girls in Montenegro in 2025 at the Miss Montenegro pageant.

In an interview with "Vijesti", the beauty queen revealed more details about the new beauty contest, as well as her expectations from it.

"Miss World New Generation is one of the most important international competitions that brings together representatives from a large number of countries around the world. I am extremely pleased that this year's pageant is being held in Novi Sad, from August 20th to 29th. The competition promotes beauty, charisma, culture and the ability to represent one's country on the international stage," explains the interviewee of "Vijesti".

"I am very happy to have the opportunity to be part of an event like this and to once again represent Montenegro among girls from all over the world," she adds.

When asked how the opportunity arose to represent Montenegro at this competition, he says:

"Over the past few years, I have represented Montenegro at international beauty pageants several times and achieved notable results. Today, I am considered one of the most sought-after representatives of Montenegro when it comes to world competitions, so this opportunity came as a result of my previous work, experience and success. I am very honored to once again have the opportunity to represent my country on the international stage and I believe that I will justify the trust placed in me."

Ivanovic also talks about the preparations for this competition, which will last until the departure for Novi Sad.

"Of course, I am familiar with the competition program and all the obligations that await us. In addition to the final selection itself, there are numerous photo shoots, interviews, presentations of national costumes and various activities through which the complete personality and quality of the contestants are assessed. Preparations are being carried out seriously and professionally. I take care of every detail, because I want to present myself and Montenegro in the best possible way," she emphasized.

"I am particularly careful about how I will present myself and my country. There will be several carefully selected creations that match my style and energy. I want every appearance on stage to leave an impression of elegance, confidence and sophistication. I believe that the way of presenting oneself is a very important part of any international competition," says Ivanovic, also referring to the outfits in which she will present herself at the competition.

Asked how much her previous experience from competitions and the ribbons she won help her with this selection, and whether she has stage fright despite her previous successes, the beauty queen says that she "feels responsibility, but not fear."

"Experience means a lot to me, because over the years and through numerous international competitions I have learned how major elections work and how to stay focused under pressure. Of course I feel responsibility, but not fear. I am considered one of the most attractive girls in Montenegro, but I believe that character, charisma, communication and the way you represent your country are equally important for success," she believes.

"I am a person who believes in myself and is my own biggest supporter. In every competition I have participated in, I have achieved notable results and that is what gives me additional confidence before this selection," continues Ivanovic, who also shared her expectations, hinting that she hopes for another ribbon.

"I always set high goals. I don't go to competitions just to be part of the story, but to leave a mark. I believe in my quality, my work and everything I can show. Of course, this crown and status bring great expectations, but I believe that I have a real chance for another international title. If I didn't believe in winning, I wouldn't even travel. I go to every competition with a winning mentality and a desire to give my best," she said.

And when she mentioned previously won titles and ribbons, Ivanovic also singled out her favorite.

"Every title in my career represents a special mark and a reflection of great work, but if I had to choose, the crowning achievement of my work so far is definitely winning Miss Glamour Universe," she admits.

"That world title brought me the highest international recognition and confirmed my competitiveness on the global stage. My path was built thoroughly and with a lot of passion. It all started when, at just 16 years old, I was named Top Model Montenegro 2019, and the same year, the Most Beautiful Mountaineer. Those early successes set high standards for everything that followed. Later, even greater challenges came - I am proud of the title of second runner-up at Miss Earth Montenegro 2022, as well as placing in the top 10 most beautiful girls at the official Miss Montenegro pageant," she says.

"I am also very fond of the trophy for the most attractive girl in the Balkans that I won in Turkey, which was another confirmation of my international success. In addition to the titles, my greatest professional pride is the collaborations with big fashion names. I have done fashion shows for top global and regional designers such as "Verica Rakočević, Marko Strano and Tatiana Raskopina. When I add to that my work in the media and appearing in Goga Sekulić's video, I can say that I have a well-rounded and rich career behind me," Ivanovic pointed out.
