The fantasy world that Millie Bobby Brown shares with her daughter

Millie Bobby Brown shared details of her family life and the creative moments she spends with her daughter, emphasizing that play, imagination, and co-creation are an important part of their daily lives.

The actress, known for her role in the series "Stranger Things," said that she and her husband Jake Bongiovi, with whom she adopted a baby girl last year, encourage creativity through various activities from drawing and making crafts to puppet shows and costume play.

Speaking to People magazine during the launch of the new Blooms by Play-Doh product line, Braun recalled her own childhood and love of costumes, which she says may have been an early sign of her desire to become an actress.

"Dressing up was a big thing for me. As a child, I loved dressing up as different princesses, knights and dinosaurs," said Braun, adding that today there is a large closet full of costumes in their playroom.

The actress emphasizes that it is important to her to give her daughter a space where she can freely express her imagination and create her own stories together.

"We enjoy any creative environment where we can make something of our own. I really encourage that," she said.

Children's artwork also has a special place in their home. Braun says she proudly displays her daughter's drawings, but she and her husband also create and preserve their own artwork.

"It's nothing special, but it is to us. And that's what makes a home," she said.

When asked if she had already noticed any talent or interest that could indicate her daughter's future creative direction, Braun said that it was still too early to draw such conclusions, but that she had noticed how much the girl loved using her voice.

"She's as loud as her mom. That's why I'll always encourage her to speak even louder," she joked.

Brown and the Bonds announced in August 2025 that they had become parents to a baby girl they had adopted, emphasizing that they wanted to keep the new chapter of their lives private.

The family now lives on a farm in Georgia, where, according to previous reports, there are numerous animals, including sheep, goats, cows, donkeys, cats and dogs. Brown has previously said that this lifestyle brings her special joy and that she wants her daughter to grow up in a peaceful environment.
