Travis Kelce "realized a boyhood dream" by marrying Taylor Swift in the "mecca of all gyms."
The American football player and the pop star married on July 3 in front of about 1.000 guests at New York's Madison Square Garden, a famous sports and music venue, after about three years of dating.
Kelsi spoke publicly about the wedding for the first time, revealing how much it meant to him that this particular hall was the location of their big day.
"It was so nice to fulfill a boyhood dream and be in that place, the Mecca of all sports venues, and get married there. I can't thank the owners of MSG enough for making it possible for us to do this, knowing that we wanted a private ceremony. Everything was perfect," he said.
Kelsi added that the wedding was a "crazy night," filled with "great celebration."
"The wedding was the best night of my life and I'm grateful to everyone who came, celebrated with us and had a great time," he said.
After sharing a few details about his "fun off-season," Kelsey made it clear that he is now fully focused on football again.
The couple's wedding remains shrouded in secrecy. No photos from the ceremony have been released, and guests signed confidentiality agreements prohibiting them from publicly disclosing details.
