Montenegrin film "Rooms", by the director Pavle Simonović, received financial support from the SEE Cinema Network for the further development of the project, which was announced during the General Assembly of this network, held on November 6 in Thessaloniki. The project won funds of nine thousand euros, and she presented it in Thessaloniki Aleksandra Božović, director of the Film Center of Montenegro.

The Film Center of Montenegro and the Croatian Audiovisual Center have already supported the film "Rooms", whose script he wrote Ilija Đurović. This production follows the story of Kolja, who tries to start a new life after five years in prison. However, a meeting with Ward, a former accomplice and lover, brings him back to the world of petty crime on the outskirts of Podgorica, where one wrong move sets off a chain of events that drags both of them into an ever deeper vortex of the underworld. This dynamic plot intrigued the SEE Cinema Network committee.

In addition to this project, Montenegrin filmmakers presented four more projects at the industrial part of the Thessaloniki Film Festival (Thessaloniki International Film Festival). As part of The Agora Crossroads program, "Four Funerals and a Wedding" was shown Nikola Mijović and female producers Maje Kecojević (Parangal Film), as well as a co-production by the Bleach director Kaltrine Krasniqi, with the support of a Montenegrin producer Bojana Radulović (Code Blue Production). The "Otter" projects were presented in the AGORA Works in Progress segment Srđan Vuletić and producer Ivan Đurović (Articulation Film), and the minority co-production "Life in Rhythm" by the director Amerisa Baste, with a Montenegrin co-producer Marko Jaćimović (Videa Production).

SEE Cinema Network, of which Montenegro has been an active member since 2017, supported eight projects from the region from a total fund of 72.000 euros, continuing its mission of developing cooperation between film professionals of member countries, with a special focus on supporting the development of international co-productions and the production of short films movies.
