We spend a third of our life sleeping, so it is very important that we sleep well.
Unfortunately, modern life often makes it impossible for us. A busy schedule and daily stress, caffeine or drinking alcohol are often the main causes of sleep problems for most adults. But the temperature in the bedroom also plays a big role.
Many people overheat their bedroom, that is, they go to sleep in too warm rooms, which can cause sleeping problems.
A survey conducted in Great Britain, which included two thousand Britons, showed that even 50 percent of respondents sleep in rooms that are too warm.
Experts claim that the temperature in the bedroom should not be higher than 16,1 degrees.
Sleeping in warm rooms can cause the body to overheat, especially during night sleep, which can lead to hyperventilation, reduction of oxygen levels in the body and health problems, N1 reports.
