Our skin is generally an indicator of our health, and acne, especially cystic acne, can indicate serious problems. But acne can also be a reflection of poor hygiene, allergies or inappropriate cosmetics.
Each growth on a certain part of the face is connected to a certain organ, and thus shows you what you need to focus on.
Here's how your body works:
Forehead - small intestine and bladder
Problems are caused by too much fat in your diet, alcohol and sugar, which reduce the possibility of proper digestion, but also cause sleep disorders and stress. Drink more water, eat more vegetables and try to sleep as regularly as possible.
Between the eyebrows - the liver
Cut down on alcohol, fatty foods and dairy products. This is the zone where food allergies also appear, so watch the composition of what you eat. Exercise for up to 30 minutes every day and make sure you get enough sleep as this is when your liver rests.
Bow of the eyebrows - kidneys
Any changes around the eyes, including dark circles, indicate dehydration. Drink water! Problems are caused by smoking, alcohol and blood and heart problems.
Nose - heart
Check your blood pressure and the amount of vitamin B. Reduce the intake of spicy and bitter foods, and the intake of meat. Find a way to lower your cholesterol by eating nuts, avocados and fish. As this area is full of larger pores, make sure your cosmetics are not expired or clogging those pores.
The upper part of the cheek - the lungs
Excessive smoking, air pollution, asthma... This is a great time to dedicate yourself to your health and quit smoking, avoid places where the air is polluted, exercise regularly and eat properly.
Cheeks - kidneys and lungs
Smoking, stress, sugar, low-quality make-up... all this causes problems in your body and on your face. Dedicate yourself! Take care that the body does not overheat, eat cooler food, reduce sugar intake and breathe more fresh air. Cut out meat, dairy products, alcohol, caffeine and sugar, and eat more vegetables. There is another important thing that we rarely think about, which is mobile phones and pillowcases - keep them clean as they cause the most acne in this area.
Mouth and chin - stomach
Increase your fiber intake and drink herbal teas to improve your digestion, because caffeine, sugar, alcohol do not help. Problems will most easily manifest when you consume spicy food and don't get enough sleep. Eat more fruit.
Jaw and neck
This is the dominant zone for stress and hormonal changes. Although it seems impossible to influence it, you can make a big difference with enough sleep, fluid intake, eating leafy vegetables and keeping your skin clean. As a rule, acne appears during ovulation. Also, reduce your salt intake, reports Radio Sarajevo.
