If you want your figure to look as good as possible in a light summer wardrobe, it is necessary to exercise at least three times a week. The best way is to engage all muscle groups equally. That's why we suggest universal exercises to strengthen your stomach, back, legs, arms and chest.
The advice is to perform them in a uniform rhythm, which means that you breathe relaxedly and do not make fast, sudden and "slicing" movements, but to control the strength and endurance of the muscles. With them, you will strengthen the entire musculature in the best way and create conditions for practicing other sports.
Back
Lie on your stomach, simultaneously raise your arms and torso to the height and one leg. Return to the starting position and repeat the exercise with the opposite leg. Repeat in three sets of eight to 10 times.
Stomach
Lie on your back with your legs bent. Hold a ribbon or string in your hands. Lift the upper part of the body from the base and the bent legs at the same time, and pass the band under the legs, which will increase the load, i.e. the amplitude of the lift. This is the most difficult variant of the exercise for strengthening the abdominal muscles, so it is recommended for advanced recreationists. An easier option is if you alternately lift one leg, then the other, while pulling the band through. Repeat the exercise in three sets of eight to 10 times.
Arms and chest
Lie on your stomach and place your palms under your shoulders. Bend your legs at the knees. Lift your upper body with a strong push off the mat. Repeat eight to 10 times in three sets.
Legs
From a standing position, with your arms raised at shoulder height, lower yourself into a half-squat, but so that your knees do not cross your fingertips. Repeat the same as the previous exercises, from eight to 10 times in three series, reports Novosti.
