Riosuke was surprised by the performance, especially since he didn't expect to lose the pounds. The mentioned breathing technique was recommended by the doctor as a therapy against back pain, but it turned out that it also has a desirable side effect.
Japanese breathing technique
This way of breathing is practiced for two minutes a day. First, you need to take a certain stance - step back with one leg, lean back, transfer your weight to your heels and squeeze your buttock muscles, take a deep breath - inhale for three seconds and then exhale for seven seconds. The body is tense and all the muscles are working.
This weight loss method is also supported by doctors in the West. They explain that fat consists of oxygen, carbon and hydrogen, so when we inhale, oxygen reaches the fat cells and separates them into carbon and water. Oxygen simultaneously melts fat and tones muscles, activates lymph and accelerates metabolism, reports RTL.
