Here's what you need:
Bath:
lemon juice (2 dl) 1/4 spoon cinnamon powder two spoons olive oil 1/4 glass milk
Using: Pour the resulting mixture into a basin filled with warm water, mix well, then soak your feet after 15 minutes. Then exfoliate with a natural stone, wash your feet with soap and apply moisturizing cream
Lotion:
spoon of almond oil spoon of wheat germ oil 12 drops of eucalyptus essential oil
Using: Pour all the ingredients into a dark bottle, shake well and apply to your feet, which you have previously washed and dried. You can use this lotion four times, reports Beauty and Health.
