1. Calf exercise

Place your hands on the kitchen counter or on a chair. Spread your legs shoulder-width apart. Stand on your toes and lift your heels. Stop in that position for a few seconds and gently lower your heels to the floor. Repeat 12 times, rest, then do a set of 12 exercises again.

2. Thigh Squats
