It was finally revealed at what age you are "allowed" to wear jeans for the last time, writes the British Independent.
A survey conducted in Great Britain found that most people believe that after the age of 53 you should no longer wear jeans.
However, Kelly Connor, editor of Vogue, does not agree with that. In a text from 2014, she wrote that the right "look" can be achieved at any age as long as it is done properly.
Many fashion experts share her opinion and encourage people to wear jeans as long as they feel comfortable.
The marketing director of the company that carried out the research, Kathryn Wolfe, said: "It's surprising how many people think that jeans are 'right' only for the younger generation. Denim is a universal material, with many different styles and creates a timeless look for people of all ages."
One of those who simply adore jeans, and according to this research they should be banned, are the globally popular actor George Clooney and the British car presenter Jeremy Clarkson.
Research has also shown that most people try on three pairs of jeans before they find "the right one". And when they find them, they usually wear them for three years before buying new ones.
