The fashion show of the famous British designer Vivienne Westwood will be held on May 31 in Budva, it was agreed after the visit of the representatives of the agency "Murano Montenegro" and the Tourism Organization of the Municipality of Budva to the London "Fashion Week" which took place from February 14 to 18.
At London's prestigious fashion event, a business meeting was held with the team of the famous British designer.
As announced by TO Budva, the aim of the visit was to determine all the details related to the organization of the fashion show in Budva, which should be held in May.
"After a successful meeting, it was confirmed that the Vivienne Westwood fashion show will take place on May 31, 2014, in front of the walls of the Old Town.
The organizer of the event is the "Murano Montenegro" agency, and support for this important project is provided by the Municipality of Budva and the Tourism Organization of the Municipality of Budva. This type of event has a strong promotional character, when you take into account the fact that it is followed by the global media dealing with fashion.
Considering the type and strength of the promotional effect that lies in its organization, as well as the fact that the arrival of the most famous figures from the world of fashion is also organized in this way, we decided to participate in the organization of, again, a glamorous fashion event such as the Vivienne Westwood fashion show.
As part of the visit, representatives from Montenegro attended a fashion show by a well-known designer and had the opportunity to see the creations that will be presented at the fashion show in Budva," they stated in TO Budva.
TO Budva allocated 20 thousand euros from its budget for organizing this show.
