Mirjana Muratović, a 19-year-old from Podgorica, was declared the most beautiful Montenegrin in 2019 last night at the official pageant for Miss Montenegro.
As she told "Vijesti" immediately after the crown was handed over to her by last year's winner, Natalija Gluščević, she did not expect to win.
"Honestly, I wasn't hoping for a win, maybe more of a prize. I will try to give my best, to present my country in the next year, as well as at the world competition, in the best possible way, the way it deserves," she promised.
In addition to the title of the most beautiful and the right to represent Montenegro at the Miss World competition, which will be held in Bangkok on December 7, Muratović also won a scholarship for UDG and became the face of the "Verde" hotel, where the pageant was held, for a year.
"I applied in part because of the scholarship at UDG, I will enroll in Communication and Media, that's what I find myself in," she revealed.
The first runner-up was Jovana Jovanović, the second runner-up was Nikolina Božović, who was chosen by the director of the Egyptian competition, who was also on the main jury, Amal Rezk.
Thus, Montenegro will be represented at the Miss Eco International competition by Božović, and Rezk chose Ana Petrušić for the Miss Eco Team.
Petrušić was just declared Miss Charm, and she was chosen by the handball players of the Montenegrin national team who stayed at the Verde Hotel during the election, and this girl also received a scholarship from the UDG faculty.
Ivana Vujavčić was declared Miss Internet, and Petra Radović was declared Miss Photogenicity by the journalistic jury.
The election program started at 21:20 p.m., although the start was originally planned for XNUMX:XNUMX p.m.
