The new President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović, was sworn in today in the Parliament of Montenegro and officially took office.
He came to the inauguration, which was attended by many high-ranking officials from the region and the world, with his wife Milena. For this festive occasion, she decided to wear an elegant light blue dress with floral details.
As Vijesti learns, the dress was created by local designer Milena Đurđić, who also created the suit for President Milatović.
