Honey and yogurt mask (for hydration and soothing)
ingredients:
- spoon of honey
- a tablespoon of thick yogurt or Greek yogurt
Mix, apply to face for 10 to 15 minutes, rinse with lukewarm water. Ideal for: dry, sensitive skin; redness and tightness.
Avocado and olive oil mask (deep care)
ingredients:
- half a ripe avocado
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
Mash avocado, add oil, apply for 15 minutes. Excellent for: very dry, flaky skin; restores elasticity and softness.
Oat and honey mask (against irritation)
ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons ground oatmeal
- 1 spoon of honey
- a little warm water or milk to make a paste
Mix, apply for 10 to 20 minutes. Effects: soothes skin, reduces redness and irritation; great for sensitive skin in winter.
Banana, honey and a little olive oil (for instant softness)
ingredients:
- half a ripe banana
- 1 spoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
Mash the banana and mix all the ingredients. Leave for 10 to 15 minutes. Effect: skin becomes smooth and nourished, great when it's cold and dry.
Moisturizing night mask with aloe vera and coconut oil
ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of pure aloe gel
- half a teaspoon of coconut oil
Mix and apply thinly before bedtime. Note: good for normal to dry skin; if skin is acne-prone, avoid coconut oil.
Honey and egg yolk mask (winter vitamin bomb)
ingredients:
- egg yolks
- spoon of honey
Mix, apply for 15 minutes. Works on: dry, thin and tired skin, restores shine and elasticity.
