If various medical preparations do not help you in the fight against dandruff, perhaps natural remedies are the way to go.
Lemon juice solution
Massage two tablespoons of lemon juice into the scalp and let it sit for a while. After that, rinse your hair with a mixture of water and lemon juice - add a spoonful of lemon juice to two deciliters of water and rinse your hair with it. If you have long hair, increase the amount of water and lemon juice in equal proportions. Repeat the procedure as often as possible, until the itching and dandruff disappear. Lemon cleans the scalp, acts as an antiseptic, and your hair will smell nice.
Bay leaf tea
Boil a liter of water and add a handful of broken bay leaves. When it cools down, strain it and rinse your hair with that tea after washing. Then wrap it in a towel and leave it on for about an hour, then wash it off with lukewarm water.
Apple vinegar
It establishes a healthy pH balance of the scalp, so it is really a very useful natural anti-dandruff remedy that should not be underestimated. For this, after washing, you need to rinse your hair with water to which you have added apple cider vinegar, in a ratio of ten to one (one deciliter of vinegar per liter of water). You don't have to worry about the smell, as it will completely evaporate as soon as the hair dries.
