Ingredients
3 stalks of celery
1 cucumber (medium size)
1 green apple
juice of 1 lemon
a small piece of fresh ginger (optional)
200 ml cold water or coconut water
Preparation
Wash all the ingredients and cut them into small pieces.
Put them in a blender or juicer.
Add water or coconut water.
Blend until smooth. If you want a clearer juice, strain it through a strainer.
Advice: It is best to drink it in the morning on an empty stomach for maximum detox effect.
