Needed:
- warm water (enough to cover your feet)
- vinegar (white or apple cider vinegar is best)
- baking soda
- if desired, add a few drops of essential oil (lavender or tea tree) for fragrance
Pour enough warm water into a bowl to cover your feet. Add half a cup of white or apple cider vinegar and two to three tablespoons of baking soda. If desired, you can add a few drops of lavender or tea tree essential oil.
Soak your feet in the bath for 15 to 20 minutes. Move your feet occasionally while soaking. Then remove your feet, dry them thoroughly with a towel, and gently rub off any hardened skin if necessary. Finally, apply a moisturizer or oil.
The treatment helps with unpleasant odor, tired feet and softens the skin.
Warning: Not recommended for open wounds, irritations or severe fungal infections.
