In Slovenia, the most popular are bograč, štruklji, potica and crema rezina, in Croatia brudet, fritule and pinca.
In Bosnia and Herzegovina, burek and kevapi, in Serbia ajvar, beans, gibanica and pljeskavica, in Kosovo šarski cheese, in Macedonia gravče na tavče, zelnik and mekiki.
