Ingredients for 4 people
1 tablespoon
200 eggs
300 Gananas
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
2 comkiwis
1 spoons of sugar
2 commanders
Preparation
Peel the kiwi and cut it in half lengthwise. Then, cut each half lengthwise once more, and then chop into thin strips. Cut the strawberries into thin slices as well.
Selection and cleaning of pineapples
To check if a pineapple is ripe, gently pull one of the central leaves. If you pull it off easily, the pineapple is ripe. Place the pineapple on a firm surface, hold it with one hand, and twist the leaves with the other until you separate them from the fruit.
Before you start cleaning the pineapple, leave it in the fridge for about half an hour. It is preferable that time standing upside down (with the leaves facing down). Namely, since the pineapple is mostly placed upright, all its juices flow downwards, and in this way they will again be evenly distributed throughout the fruit.
Cut both ends of the pineapple in a thickness of 1-1,5 cm.
Cut off the bark piece by piece, in a circle, until you remove it completely. Use the tip of a knife to remove the remaining pieces of peel. Cut the pineapple into rings about 1,5 cm thick.
If you want, remove the center of the pineapple. Place the slice on the board, use a sharp knife to cut down the center, then just push it out. The center of the pineapple is a little harder and a little less sweet than the rest of the fruit. If you don't mind, you don't even need to remove it. And finally, cut the pineapple into small cubes. Peel the mandoras and chop them finely.
The final part
Place mandoras in a large bowl and add kiwi. Then add pineapple and strawberries. Sweeten the vanilla with sugar and sugar. Top with a splash of rum. Finally, mix everything well.
Service
Serve the fruit salad well chilled. You can decorate it with whipped cream and larger pieces of fruit that you used during preparation.
