You can use soy milk or rice milk, milk or yogurt for these drinks. Eggs or egg whites are added as desired, depending on the taste and combination with certain fruits. Strawberry
- 2 dl of rice or soy milk
- 1 egg white
- 2 - 3 drops of vanilla extract

Apple juice
- 1 dl of rice or soy milk
- 1 dl of apple juice
- 1 apple
- cinnamon on the tip of the knife
Banana
- 2 dl of rice milk
- ½ teaspoon of ground carob
- 1 banana
- ½ dl of water as desired
Pineapple
- 2 dl of rice milk
- 1 dl of pineapple juice
- ½ cup chopped pineapple
