ingredients:
- eight peppers
- four tomatoes
- four heads of red onion
- two cloves of garlic
- landing
- four eggs
- some pepper

<strong>Preparation: </strong>
Finely chop the pepper, tomato, red onion and garlic. Sauté the onion in hot oil, then add paprika. When the pepper is half ready, add the tomatoes. When the juice boils, beat the eggs and season them. Pour over the vegetables, mix and when they have set, remove from the heat.
