Vegetables, minced meat, cheese - these are the basic ingredients of a dish that is prepared quickly and easily. This is another one of those recipes that is great for warm days, because after a little chopping and mixing, lunch is made by itself while it's baking in the oven.
ingredients:
- 1 red pepper
- 3 potatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 tomato
- 500 g of ground beef
- 250 ml of tomato juice
- 200 g of cheese
<strong>Preparation: </strong>
Mix the chopped vegetables and meat in a tray, season, bake for about 20 minutes, covered, and then uncover and bake for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the oven for 5-10 minutes.
