You will need (for five people):
500 g of pasta as desired
2 bell peppers (colored)
250 g of mini tomatoes
1 large fresh cucumber
1 small can of sweet corn
200 ml of sour cream with a lower percentage of fat
100 ml mayonnaise light (or with yogurt)
200 ml low-fat yogurt
salt, pepper, fresh onion, optional tuna, chicken, turkey....
<strong>Preparation: </strong>
Cook the pasta al dente and let it cool. In the meantime, prepare the vegetables: wash the peppers and mini-tomatoes, peel the sauerkraut and finely chop everything. Drain the excess liquid from the corn. Combine sour cream, yogurt and mayonnaise in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Wash and chop the onion. Add the vegetables to the cooled pasta. Pour over the sauce and mix gently. At the end, sprinkle with chopped onion.
This salad "tolerates" everything. If you want to intensify it, you can add to it as you wish: tuna, roasted or boiled chicken, turkey, veal... You can add another vegetable if you wish... let your imagination run wild...
Serving: Serve well chilled.
