ingredients:
– 1 cup of brewed strong coffee
- 1 banana
– 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1 spoon of ground flaxseed
– 1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
– 1 spoon of cocoa powder
- 1 cup of soy or almond milk, as desired
– 1 teaspoon of honey, as needed
*glass – 250 ml
<strong>Preparation: </strong>
Brew strong black coffee, fill the ice cube tray with coffee and leave it in the freezer overnight to be frozen for the morning.
Put the iced coffee (cubes) in a blender, add the other ingredients and blend to get a smooth drink.
Taste how sweet it is and add more honey if desired.
