- 800 g beef leg steaks
- 1 onion
- some mustard
- 1 level spoon of flour
- 1 glass of red wine
- 1 glass of tomato sauce
<strong>Preparation: </strong>
Cover the meat and beat it a little with a pestle. Season it with salt and pepper, coat it with mustard and fry it in a little oil.
Take the meat out of the pan, pour a little more oil and fry the finely chopped onion. When the onion softens, add the flour and mix quickly. Then pour water, red wine and tomato sauce. Stir and return the meat.
Simmer until tender. If necessary, add a little more water.
