Chicken in sauce is one of the most famous and most frequently made recipes with chicken. From chicken in bechamel sauce to chicken in soy sauce or in mushroom sauce, it seems that there is no better combination than tender chicken and a special dressing. This recipe is special in that it is extremely easy to make, so you won't have to struggle to get the ideal sauce for your meat.
ingredients:
500g of chicken breast 4-5 tablespoons of flour 1dl of white wine 2-3 cloves of garlic 200ml of cooking cream salt and pepper

Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and flour it, then put it to fry in oil. When the chicken starts to take on color and the water in the pan almost boils, add the white wine. Cook until almost all the wine evaporates.
Add chopped garlic. Sauté briefly and add sour cream. Season with salt, pepper and, if desired, add parsley. When the sauce boils, cook for a few more minutes to get the softest meat.
Serve with rice, mashed potatoes or pasta, as desired.
