Feta balls are quick to make, and they don't require gram-precise measurements. You can adjust the amount of ingredients to your taste, they are perfect for breakfast, an appetizer or, simply, a snack.
ingredients:
- Feta cheese
- Cream cheese
- Baked dumplings
- Sesame (fried)
- Hot pepper (optional)
- Peanut
- Very little olive oil
<strong>Preparation: </strong>
Mash the feta, add cream cheese and a little olive oil, add all other ingredients. Leave a little sesame on the side for rolling. Mix everything well, make balls and roll them in sesame seeds.
