When it comes to tortillas, the variety of ingredients, as well as the size of the dish itself, stand out the most.
ingredients:
- 6 tortillas
- 250g chicken fillet (cut into cubes)
- 100g of bacon (cut into cubes)
- 200g Mexican mix (or your favorite vegetable mix)
- 4 tablespoons of tomato juice/sauce (you can enrich it with spices and granulated garlic)
Spices for filling:
- dry spice
- beaver
- ground pepper
- Origan
- 1 egg white
- grated yellow cheese
- tomato for coating
- 7-8 spoons of tomato sauce of your choice
Preparation:
Fry the bacon and fillet in oil, remove from the pan and add the Mexican mixture, add half a glass of water and simmer briefly.
When the water evaporates, add tomato juice and spices.
Mix well and add the previously prepared meat.
Cut the tortillas in half. From each half, form a fiche, coat the sides with egg white and secure. Fill each fišek with stuffing up to 2/3, add a little cheese. Fold one side inward, coat with egg white and fold with the other side.
Coat the bottom of an ovenproof bowl with tomato sauce and arrange the triangles. At the end, coat the triangles with tomato sauce and sprinkle with kačaval.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes until the cheese melts.
