For lovers of the combination of salty and sweet, chicken with pears and honey is a great choice. In addition to the specific taste, thanks to the other ingredients, the meat made according to this recipe will be extremely juicy.

- 500 g of chicken fillet
- 1 onion
- 2 - 3 slices of bacon
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 pears
- 2 spoons of honey
- Thyme
- sea salt
- pepper - freshly ground
- olive oil
<strong>Preparation: </strong>
Heat the oven to 200°C.
Dry the washed meat with a paper towel, cut it into pieces of the desired size, add salt, pepper and set aside. Cut the bacon into smaller pieces.
Finely chop the onion. Clean the washed pears and cut them into cubes.
In a separate bowl, mix the chopped pears with honey, salt, pepper and sprinkle with thyme.
Fry chopped bacon and onion in heated oil. Season with salt and pepper, caramelize, pour over the wine and after a minute or two transfer to a suitable ovenproof dish. Place the seasoned pears over the bacon and onions.
Add a little oil to the same pan and fry the chicken until golden brown.
Spread the fried meat over the pears, pour over the juices released by the fruit, sprinkle with thyme and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
