The taste of macaroni and the taste of pizza are completely different. Therefore, a dish that combines these two tastes can seem a bit unusual. However, there is no room for doubt here, because this combination is a perfect blend of differences.
ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 200g of macaroni
- 300ml of milk
- 150ml of yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons of ketchup
- 70g of ham
- 50g of smoked neck
- 70g of cheese
- a pinch of oregano
<strong>Preparation: </strong>
Beat the egg, which will help bind the filling, add half a teaspoon of salt, yogurt, milk, Parmesan and oil. At the end, add the macaroni and let it sit for about fifteen minutes so that it softens a little.
Turn on the oven to heat it up, and transfer the macaroni to an oiled 23x23cm dish. Bake them for 40 minutes at 180˚C.
Coat the baked macaroni with ketchup, then spread small pieces of ham and smoked neck over it, grate the cheese and sprinkle with oregano. Put the macaroni back in the oven for another five minutes, so that the cheese melts.
