If you are tired of the taste of ordinary bread, you can try this recipe for delicious buns, which go well with any dish.
ingredients:
- 200 ml of milk
- 200 ml of water
- 1 spoon of sugar
- 10 g of dry yeast
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 800 g flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 spoons of butter for coating
Preparation:
Pour warm water, warm milk, yeast, sugar, oil into a bowl and mix. Add flour, salt and knead a soft and smooth dough. Add the flour gradually.
Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl, cover with cling film and leave at room temperature until it doubles in size.
Place the dough on the work surface and divide it into 10 parts. Form each part into a ball, sprinkle with flour and let it rest for 20 minutes. Roll each ball into a circle with a rolling pin and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
Heat the pan to the highest temperature and put the bun. Bake for about 30 seconds on one side, then as soon as bubbles start to appear on the dough, turn to the other side, and after 30 seconds, turn to the other side again.
Let the bun form a balloon, then turn again to brown the other side. Spread the baked buns with butter while they are still warm and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
