Mini pizzas are a great choice for birthdays, celebrations, but also for breakfast.
ingredients:
For dough:
- 600 g flour
- 1 baking powder
- 10 g of fresh yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 50 g fat, softened
- 100 ml of cream
- 250 ml of water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
To charge:
- 500 g of ham
- 15 tablespoons of pureed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 100 g of mushrooms
Preparation:
Mix the yeast with a little water and a tablespoon of flour to activate it. Then mix all the dry ingredients together, then add the yeast and the remaining ingredients.
Knead the dough and roll it out to about one centimeter thick.
Using a glass or a round mold, cut out circles of dough, then place a spoonful of pureed tomatoes, a little ham, cheese and mushrooms on each one, and sprinkle with a little oregano (you can grate the ham and cheese or cut them into small cubes).
Bake them on baking paper for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
