It is necessary:
- 1 onion
- 2 fresh peppers
- 2 tomatoes
- 400 g of mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- salt to taste
- dry herbal seasoning to taste
- parsley to taste
Preparation:
Fry the onion in oil. Add the chopped pepper and fry for about 10 minutes. Then add the mushrooms, chopped to taste, and fry until the water evaporates.
Then add the diced tomatoes, season and fry a little more.
Garnish with parsley on top.
A lunch that's ready in 30 minutes.
